What happens, in order.

1. 01
   Eligibility self-certification

   The investor completes the statutory self-certification confirming Sophisticated or HNW status. The certification is held on file before any commercial detail is shared.

2. 02
   Consultation with principal

   A recorded call with the principal covering product structure, the underlying asset base, deployment mechanics and the investor's intended allocation. No sales pressure — questions answered against the deed wording.

   Typical duration · 1–3 business days

3. 03
   Formal investment agreement

   Term sheet and investment deed issued for signature. Investors are encouraged to take independent legal review before signing. Documents are executed digitally.

4. 04
   Capital deployed, term begins

   Funds settle into the Group's segregated investor account. The term clock starts on the deployment date confirmed in the deed. Portal access is issued with the maturity schedule and supporting documents.

5. 05
   Return paid on maturity

   Capital and contractual return paid back to the investor's nominated account on the maturity date. No rolling fees, no exit charges. Investors who wish to redeploy can sign a new deed at the same time.
