FRAP
Fixed Return Asset Programme. The short-duration product tier (6 months, 15% fixed).
Sophisticated investor
UK statutory definition: an individual who self-certifies as having made two or more unlisted investments in the past 24 months.
HNWI
High Net Worth Individual. UK statutory definition: £100,000+ income or £250,000+ net assets (excluding primary residence and pension).
Asset-backed
Secured against tangible assets — in this case, property and operating-company holdings within the Salus Group — rather than the issuer's general balance sheet alone.
Supported living
Housing for vulnerable adults with associated care or support, commissioned by local authorities or housing associations.
ROC
Return on Cost. The realised return on a completed development, measured against total build cost.
Maturity
The contractual end date of a term, at which capital and contractual return are paid back to the investor.
